Effiziente und hochqualitative Schweißergebnisse
Die neue Roboterschweißzelle „Panasonic TAWERS PerformArc“ wird bei uns in der Serienfertigung von Bauteilen und -gruppen eingesetzt. Die Schweißparameter und -verfahren werden abhängig von den Rahmenbedingungen und Material optimiert. Das Ziel: Eine deutliche höhere Durchlaufgeschwindigkeit der Werkstücke.
Software für Konstruktionsverwaltung
Prozessoptimierung mit neuer Software für die Verwaltung von Konstruktutionsdaten
Hinter dem Namen "Autodesk VAULT Workgroup" verbirgt sich ein leistungsstarkes Tool zur transparenten Verwaltung von Konstruktionsdaten. Nach etwa einem halben Jahr im Einsatz, hat das System seine Feuerprobe bestanden: Ganz gleich, ob es sich um Konstruktionsdaten für ein Einzelprodukt oder ein komplexes Großprojekt handelt, unsere Prozesse sind bereits jetzt erheblich effizienter und sicherer geworden. Die Datensuche geht schneller, es gibt Funktionen zur Sicherung und Wiederherstellung von Daten sowie für die automatische Überprüfung von Konstruktionsrichtlinien und Zeichnungsnormen. Weiterer Pluspunkt: Wir können direkt aus dem System für unsere Kunden komfortabel ein 3D-PDF generieren und per E-Mail versenden.
Gipfelstürmer von morgen
Hoch hinaus – das war das Ziel beim diesjährigen Azubi-Ausflug: Es ging zu „swoboda alpin“ in die Kletterhalle in Kempten und dort einen Tag lang nur bergauf! Acht Auszubildende waren dabei, ein Betreuer und natürlich unser Ausbildungsleiter Martin Maurus. Ganz schön schweißtreibend – aber in sportlicher Hinsicht und in puncto Teamgeist und Spaß einfach unschlagbar. Fazit: Es hat sich gelohnt! Derzeit beschäftigt Kollinger insgesamt 10 Auszubildende in vier verschiedenen Berufen (Werkzeugmechaniker in Stanz- und Umformtechnik, Konstruktionsmechaniker für Feinblech, Maschinen- und Anlagenmechaniker im Metallbau und Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik).

Two new Laser Cutting Systems for more productivity
Our two new BySprint Fiber 3015 / 4kW systems from Bystronic are able to quickly and economically process sheet metal in the format of 3000 x 1500 mm. With a positioning speed of up to 140 m/min, they achieve an unparalleled high parts production with first-class cutting quality. The fully automatic ByTrans unit for unmanned production, low energy consumption and high flexibility make it an enormous gain in our machine park.

Fully-automatic blind riveting
The GAV 8000 Electronic fully-automatic blind riveting machine by Gesipa has been added to our machinery. The machine processes 40 blind rivets per minute, and also features an integrated setting process monitoring system. It has already been used in a major contract to set over 500,000 rivets.
Kollinger Change of generation
Change of generation
We are saying goodbye to one of our original employees Gerhard Zettler, our Quality Management Officer, who is retiring after 44 successful years at the company. We will be welcoming his successor Alfred Steck in autumn 2016. The change of generation continues: after over 30 years at the company, Erich Sauter and Eugen Link are retiring from the metal construction department, as is our master toolmaker Rudolf Lutzenberger after eight years at the company.
New Software Fepa
New software
We are extending our software Fepa-Net by Planat in our manufacturing department. A scheduling and capacity module will be added to the entire manufacturing control in future. This enables us to produce even more punctually and more flexibly for our customers.
Haeger riveting system
New injection and riveting system
We are adding an injection and riveting system by Haeger to our machinery. This enables us to inject rivets, bolts, grub screws, nuts and grounding tongues precisely and semi-automatically.
Behringer fully-automatic saw
Behringer fully-automatic saw – new
The new fully-automatic saw by Behringer is extending our range of service in the field of metal construction. Fast separation and low material consumption in mitre cuts are its strengths.
